Toowoomba 1st Birthday Spin to Win Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Oceanic Square Pty Limited ABN 82 010 805 053 trading as Prices Plus, Unit 1, 37 Transport Street, Yatala, QLD 4207, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion will run in-store only at Prices Plus Toowoomba, Shop 7/227-231 James Street, Toowoomba City QLD 4350, from Thursday 28 August 2025 to Saturday 30 August 2025, during the store’s standard trading hours, or until all available prizes have been exhausted (whichever occurs first).

3. Eligibility

a. Entry is open to current Plus Club members only.
b. Entrants must be aged 16 years or older.
c. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

a. To receive one (1) spin of the “Spin to Win” wheel, eligible entrants must:

  • Be a registered Plus Club member at the time of entry; and

  • Spend $25 or more in a single transaction in-store at Prices Plus Toowoomba between Thursday 28 August 2025 and Saturday 30 August 2025 inclusive.

b. Each qualifying transaction earns one (1) spin.
c. Multiple spins may be earned for multiple separate qualifying transactions.
d. If the wheel lands on a “Spin Again” segment, the entrant is entitled to one (1) additional spin immediately, at no further cost or purchase requirement.
e. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal information as set out in Section 7, or refer to the Prices Plus Privacy Policy at www.pricesplus.com.au/privacy-policy/.

5. Spin to Win Wheel & Prizes

a. The wheel contains a range of prize segments as determined by the Promoter.
b. Each spin guarantees one of the following:
i. Instant Win Prizes – Winners may select a prize from the designated prize pool in-store at the time of their spin. These prizes are awarded immediately.
ii. Voucher Prizes – Winners will have a voucher credited to their Plus Club account within 24 hours. Vouchers cannot be redeemed until activated and visible in the member’s account. Voucher prizes will expire 30 days from activation and will be forfeited if not redeemed by the expiry date.
iii. Spin Again – The entrant will receive an additional spin.
iv. No Prize – No prize is awarded for that spin.

c. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.
d. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in prize value.

6. Prize Claim

a. Instant Win prizes must be collected in-store immediately after the spin.
b. Voucher prizes will be automatically applied to the winner’s Plus Club account and available to use once activated. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued or extended.
c. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Privacy

a. The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information for the purposes of:
i. Conducting the promotion.
ii. Providing information about the products and services offered by the Promoter and its related companies and affiliated retailers.
iii. Research to improve its products and services.

8. General Conditions

a. To enter, each entrant must comply with the How to Enter section.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the promotion or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
c. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion at its discretion if circumstances beyond its control prevent it from running fairly or properly.
d. Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants or winners arising from participation in the promotion or use of a prize.
e. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
