Click and Collect Policy

How Click and Collect Works

Prices Plus offers a Click and Collect service, allowing you to place your order online and collect it from a participating Prices Plus store. Click and Collect is available at selected store locations. Available pickup stores will be displayed during checkout.

Placing a Click and Collect Order

To use Click and Collect, simply select the "Click and Collect" option at checkout and choose your preferred participating store. All pricing is in AUD and inclusive of GST. The same conditions of sale outlined in our Terms and Conditions apply to all Click and Collect orders.

Order Confirmation and Ready for Collection

Once your order has been placed and payment received, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been picked, packed, and is ready for collection, you will receive a separate notification email advising that your order is available for pickup.

Please do not attend the store to collect your order until you have received the "Ready for Collection" notification, as your order may not yet be available.

Collection Window

Orders must be collected within 7 business days of the "Ready for Collection" notification being sent.

If your order has not been collected within this timeframe, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you or arrange collection, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Collecting Your Order

When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation email (printed or on your device). This may be presented at the store's service counter or designated Click and Collect area.

While an order confirmation is generally sufficient for collection, Prices Plus staff reserve the right to request photo identification to verify the identity of the person collecting the order.

Collection by Another Person

If you are unable to collect your order personally, another person may collect it on your behalf. The nominated person must provide:

  • Your order number or order confirmation email
  • Their own valid photo identification

Prices Plus staff may contact the original order holder to verify authorisation at their discretion.

Item Availability and Partial Orders

In some cases, one or more items in your order may not be available at your selected store at the time of fulfilment. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss your options, which may include:

  • Collecting the available items and receiving a refund for any unavailable items
  • Waiting until all items are available before collecting your full order

Your order will not be dispatched via delivery unless you specifically request and pay for a shipping alternative.

Returns and Refunds

Click and Collect orders are subject to the same returns and refunds policy as all other Prices Plus purchases. If you wish to return an item purchased via Click and Collect, you may do so at any Prices Plus store in accordance with our return policy.

Warranty Claims

Items purchased via Click and Collect are covered by the same warranty terms as all other Prices Plus purchases. You may lodge a warranty claim in store or online.

Your Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Governing Law

This Click and Collect Policy is governed by the laws of Queensland and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.
