Our Shipping and Handling
Prices Plus uses a combination of highly automated and modern shipping systems with all smaller sized items being sent using Australia Post, and larger items sent through a combination of courier services using the Shippit platform. The Shippit platform includes Courier Please, Fastway Couriers and Direct Freight Express Couriers.
Once parcels are collected for delivery by either service, all customers will receive a tracking email containing all the necessary information needed to track your parcel until it is delivered.
Prices Plus attempts to send all customer orders as quickly as possible, with 95% of orders dispatched the following business day after the purchase payment is received.
SHIPPING COSTS
Currently, we offer a variable shipping rate determined by the overall weight of your purchase. Rates vary between $9.99 and $24.99 for smaller packages and may increase with your purchase size, depending on the state you live in. For a more accurate figure, please refer to the shipping estimator in your shopping cart.
Note: Shipping rates for NSW and QLD can be calculated in the shipping estimator; however, if you are outside of these states, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to get a quote for deliveries to other states and territories.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Depending on the location of the delivery address, shipping times for orders will vary. Below is the estimated shipping times per state:
Queensland: 1 - 6 business days.
New South Wales: 1 - 7 business days.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customer delivery addresses must be either a business or residential address. Prices Plus is unable to deliver customer parcels to PO Box addresses due to the size and nature of our parcels.
SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Prices Plus will not bear responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages if a customer gives the authority for their order to be delivered and left unattended without an authorised signature being required.
SHIPPING COSTS ON SALES AND REDUCTIONS
Where Prices Plus offers a percentage off deal or sale, this sale amount or percentage does not include postage and delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
